Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Payment:
All sessions are virtual and are typically 50 minutes long.
Individual psychotherapy and clinical supervision sessions are $200.
Agency/institution-based clinical supervision is $250 an hour.
I accept e-transfers. Agencies/institutions are invoiced.

Payment is due at the end of the session and official receipts are emailed immediately.

Cancellation:
24 hours notice is required for cancellations, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Missed sessions are charged the full session fee. Late cancellations are charged at 50% of the session fee.

Insurance Coverage and Billing:
Many private extended health insurance plans cover psychotherapy sessions by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Contact your insurance provider before your initial consult to find out if sessions are covered under your plan, the percentage of the fee that may be covered, and what the maximum coverage may be per year. Sessions that are not covered by an insurance plan can be claimed as eligible medical expenses on your tax return.
