My work with individuals begins with an assessment that focuses on current personal and environmental challenges, personal and familial histories, and client strengths. I team with my clients to help them develop and achieve meaningful goals by using a range of treatment options to best fit the individual. These include psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, relational therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. I strongly believe in the efficacy of mindfulness-based stress reduction and motivational interviewing techniques to help clients achieve meaningful change and maintain their progress.
